Our meetings rooms all offer:

  • Spacious, hard top tables and comfortable "8 hour" chairs
  • Notepads, pens, name signs and mints
  • Iced water 
  • WiFi internet access
  • Lockable cupboards in the room or nearby

Our refreshment facilities include:

  • Freshly brewed coffee on arrival
  • Pastries, cakes and biscuits at breaks
  • Fresh fruit bowl
  • Choice of finger buffet, restaurant buffet or a la carte menus

Additionally, we will do all we can to ensure the success of your meeting with our 10 point Guarantee:

  • Set out charges for all facilities in writing prior to the event
  • Set up the meeting room in line with your written specification to be ready at least 1hr before required
  • Provide audio visual equipment that is clean and in good working order
  • Direct confirmation of all arrangements with the conference organiser prior to the meeting
  • Serve all refreshments and meals at the times requested and within the agreed duration
  • Deliver all in-coming messages to an agreed point within 10mins of receipt
  • Provide a high standard of food and service in the restaurant
  • Tailor our facilities and services wherever practical to meet your specific requirements
  • Provide every reasonable assistance to support the success of your event.
