All reservations require to be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations within 24hrs of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of the first night's accommodation charge. Direct leisure bookings may require a deposit which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Special Offers and Last Minute Deals may have special booking terms and conditions.
