The Cardoon Suite
Our Cardoon Suite accommodates up to 80 delegates and has its own dedicated entrance. It has direct access to our secluded garden terrace.

This room is ideal for small exhibitions, receptions, product launches, and special family events such as birthdays, christenings, anniversaries and celebration dinners.

Meet with Purpose
Our delegate booking package includes £5 that would contribute to Invisible Cities. Invisible Cities' commitment is that they will use this to offer free tours to Ukrainian refugees newly arrived in Edinburgh. This means one delegate at The Bruntsfield equals one refugee can attend a free tour of the city.

We believe in a world where people are given the opportunity to be everything they want to be, no matter where they come from or where they live. Invisible Cities is a social enterprise that trains people who have experienced homelessness to become walking tour guides of their own city. It is a growing enterprise in Edinburgh, Glasgow, York, Cardiff, and Manchester that provides historical tours of the cities.

Our delegate rates include, meeting room hire, 3 servings of tea & coffee, morning, and afternoon themed breaks, working buffet lunch, data projector & screen, delegate stationary, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a dedicated host on the day.
